Role Overview:
We are looking for a Print Marketing Coordinator who understands both marketing strategy and print production. This role is responsible for executing campaigns that drive sales, conversions, and customer engagement, while coordinating closely with production, design, and sales teams.

You will play a key role in turning ideas into high-performing print and digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
  •  Plan and execute marketing campaigns for print and packaging products. 
  •  Coordinate product launches (e.g., packaging lines, books, specialty print). 
  •  Support SEO-driven landing pages and promotional content. 
  •  Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions.

Print & Production Coordination:
  •  Work with prepress and production teams to ensure marketing materials are print-ready. 
  •  Review proofs, layouts, and product specs for accuracy. 
  •  Coordinate sample production for marketing and client presentations.

Content & Asset Development:
  •  Develop marketing content for: 
    •  Website pages 
    •  Product listings 
    •  Email campaigns (Klaviyo)
    •  Social media 
    •  Assist in product photography and visual content creation
Sales Support:
  •  Create brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials. 
  •  Support the sales team with custom client presentations. 
  •  Help position Newprint’s capabilities across industries (pharma, food, cosmetics, etc.)

Qualifications:
  •  2+ years in marketing, print, or packaging-related role. 
  •  Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, packaging is an asset). 
  •  Experience with SEO and conversion-focused marketing. 
  •  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). 
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in eCommerce (Magento or similar).
  • Familiarity with packaging dielines and structural design (e.g. Esko Artios CAD).
  • Experience Klaviyo.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation and content creation.
